The latest revision to the Equator Principles (known as EP III) became effective in June 2013, and applies globally, to all industry sectors, and to the following four financial products: Project Finance Advisory Services, Project Finance, Project Related Corporate Loans and Bridge Loans.

The Green Bond Principles are voluntary guidelines for the development and issuance of Green Bonds that encourage transparency and disclosure by making recommendations, principally for bond issuers, on the information that should be publicly disclosed regarding the use of proceeds, proceeds management, and associated reporting.
